A family setting where hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Great benefits, very competitive pay wage. Jobs say this all the time but they really do care for employees from bonuses and give aways. The work is medium paced it's not production. There a huge emphasis on quality being that they are helping shape the minds of tomorrow. HR and Management is friendly and understanding. Turnover rate is excellent compared to the majority of other companies. I'm going back as soon as I can. I only resigned bc of our of state family issues. But overall a 10 out of 10, and even that's a understatement.
