Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) is an organization, beneath which, many services are centralized, which includes payroll, student financial aid, technology services, human resources and legal counsel. Whilst the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) was created in 1998, underneath the Kentucky Postsecondary Education Improvement Act (residence bill 1), the primary purpose turned into to provide Kentuckians easier, more cheap entry towards a higher education. With over 20 years of experience, and over 1 million college students so far, it is the most important issuer of postsecondary education within the country, and its faculty are dedicated people, who are appointed from diverse backgrounds. They enjoy a great repute, competitive salary, plus numerous perks.
