During my time at Kean University as an employee was good and bad. I did receive recognition, but at a cost. I am someone that deals with medical issues and I also have family issues that I have to deal with on a daily basis. These issues sometimes have caused me to heavily rely on the ability to work from home. However, I did not receive that accommodation willingly. It was at the end taken away from me which caused me to loose out on a lot of money. I was told that my situation was understood, but by the actions of those above me, it did not feel as such.

Pros and Cons
Professional growth, experience, friendly environment
Alternative motives, unequal treatment, unfair expectations, lacking of understanding

I worked as a six month temporary employee and was treated involved as a permanent employee. Felt as though I truly belong at Kean University that made the work environment mire appreciated

Pros and Cons
Training opportunities, received Alerts and notifications when necessary
