It was a stressful experience, due to the Latam Campus Presidente character. Owners and supervisors are also accountable because they know the situation.
Pros and Cons
Nice environment
Campus President character

There is no loyalty. Employees are chattel, you will be expected to live life always in service to the company unless you are sucking up to the right people. There is a 'sweat-shop' mindset that pervades - all employees are either stealing time, shirking responsibilities, or useless after performance.
Pros and Cons
There is the education factor, but don't expect to get a fee break because you work there
office politics - literally, they are GOP and 1 percenters and don't care to hear differently.

Coworkers are nice but beyond sports gambling, we don’t have much in common. The physical campus is great if you are actively playing a sport. If not, it’s terrible. Very small. All offices shared unless you are a Dean. Not enough bathrooms, and the doo stench frequently wafts into the hallways.
It’s Finals week, and I have no idea what my schedule will be afterwards. Super odd. Ah, what else…Oh, due dates are laughable due to students gone for sports. Had a student email me today asking how they can get an A. They currently have a 43 in the course. Have failed first 2 exams. Hilarious, right?
Academic rigor is laughable at best. Still pushing for every lecture to be recorded. This is fine but now students don’t show up and are muted with no camera on Kaltura Live. They’re definitely sleeping.
Pros and Cons
Gated so unlikely that there is violence
Just about everything else

I was incharge of loading and unloding up to 30 boxes or more at at time, all containing at least 20 frames that are fairly large. Then i tranaport the cargo to the designated schools that the art work belonged to. I would then set up the art show in a very specific way with the required materials. When the show was done i would collect the remaing artwork that wasnt purchased and load it and all the equipment back onto the truck and take it back to the warehouse to unload. All of the for 10.00 an hour and very very very little help from management when you ran into issues. Oh and i NEVER got paid on time ONCE
Pros and Cons
Seeing the kids be proud of their artwork
Almost everything listed above.

I sure some of the locations are better than other but the President of my location would scream and cuss at his employees. Because of the fear of losing their jobs because upper management backed their managers they would not file grievances.
Pros and Cons
None it was not good
Management is bad
