Description
As KEY Account Managers, we develop and sustain strong and solid relationships with key clients and customers that bring in the most income for the business. We document their complaints and negative feedback and forward it to the upper management and the development team to appeal to more customers and get a better marketplace share. We also act as a liaison point between key clients and internal/development teams to update the currently offered product.
Core tasks:
- supervise the account coordinator assigned to each key customer
- coordinate with the advertising and design team
