What does a KEY Account Specialist do?

As Key Account Specialists, we manage customer queries in a company. We are responsible for managing client accounts, sustaining regular reports, and watching solution approaches. As Key Account Specialists, we also perform administrative tasks, process and resolve complaints, and prepare day-to-day reports. We work in coordination with several teams and report to the managers.

Core tasks:

  • process and record the data and preserve it
  • finishing enrollments through studying and auditing files
  • investigate problems and resolve complaints
  • prepare regular reports from the inquiry of documents
  • ensure quality services and support
