Started as a mechanic 3 and was soon moved to mechanic 4 to over see 3 other mechanics. I trained new employees and over saw day to day operations. I didn’t ask or apply for any movement in the company, they asked me based on something they saw in me. I was honored for the recognition and thrived on the camaraderie between the guys I worked with. Nothing but great memories.

Pros and Cons
Great people, safe environment, specialty tools provided.
Work was based on the price of oil and politics and a alcoholic sales guy that was fired and rehired
