About Keyholder

What does a Keyholder do?

As KEY Holders, we arrive early at the job site to open the store and start preparations for the day by turning on the AC the heater depending on the weather. We also arrive minutes before the business close to close the store after ensuring that lights, AC, and other energy-consuming equipment are turned off to avoid wasting electricity. We answer phone and email inquiries and inform the prospect about our fees while documenting their address and phone number.

Core tasks:

  • ensure that the store is organized and clean
  • manage and ensure the proper functioning of the business’ alarm system
