KFC

The pay wasn’t working I was told I got a raise am I still was making 7.25 an my positions an shifts was slowing down

I loved working in the kfc environment and enjoyed this place to work , very flexible, pays tutition .

I was working for KFC in FIJI for 1 year as a cook. Than KFC closed and had to find another job. After KFC I was recruited in the Army.

My memories of kfc are the team building, we worked well as a team supporting each other when we needed help. The friends I’ve made from that job are unforgettable, the managers pushed the employees to go for their goals but in return ask for a respectful work place. I’ve learned many things from kfc especially how to make good chicken. My friendly customers service smile, the cashiers would every now and again see how I’d work with people. Hard at first but I got the hang of it by being chipper.

I enjoyed working for KFC. I learned a lot working there. My coworkers were nice and we worked extremely well together. We didn’t miss a beat. Everything was always on point. Everybody knew their personal strengths and struggles and we used that to our advantage.

I've worked with them for about 2 years at one point in 3 years and another I was hardly ever advanced and the only time was when I left I never got time off I practically ran the place yet I was considered the lowest member. By that point nobody knew how to do their job anymore only I did after I did what I needed too until I asked why? "It took to be Spanish in order to advance and that Spanish people's was right" That was my last straw so I left for better pastures

Owners like to micromanage. Telling you one thing abd doing the opposite! Owner lies and goes behind your back to reward bad behavior.

Had a manager who forced a coworker to cook up moldy popcorn chicken instead of throwing it out. The same manager was allowing a long term employee to refer the boss as "daddy" while on the clock. Boss would let bad behavior in the workplace slide a ton. I was not permitted to help a handicapped customer with their tray of food to a table but did it anyway and lost my job over it.

I got hired. Did all the viedos and test. Amanda king was the supervisor. Everytime i showed up they sent me home. She would tell me come back tomorrow at 11. Shed send me home. This happened 5 times

I worked here back in 2014 actually was my very first job had the job for 8 months and got fired right when my pay check was getting good

I’ve been at kfc for 2 years on and off it was very good in the beginning until I realize that I’m being taking disadvantage of because I would be there working my butt off all by myself with no help and I still wouldn’t be appropriated they might appreciate me but I don’t feel it or know it. They want to work you like a dog and when you want to get more money for working like a dog they act like they don’t want to give you the little raise you’re asking for and you get no credit for the work you do.

We supported each other and our accomplishments. Everything we did as a group down to celebrating each other. Best team I have ever supervised.

Was made to work over 30 hours despite knowing I attended the college where I needed time to do homework.

The general manager is amazing, but the owner is a horrible person. Would not work for him ever again. Will stab you in the back.
