the flexibility of this job is amazing. I can take my lunch break whenever I want or need to, within reason. Requesting days off or leaving early as needed is simple. Management is always helpful, they are encouraging and knowledgeable.

My experience with this company taught me how to build telephone systems with copper and fiber cabling to provide high speed internet service to many different carriers.We had a contract with ATT where most of my experience was performed. They taught me how to turn-up and test all equipment.

I like working for KGP. they let me go due to a background check, even though i was a good worker. That was the only con. KGP has 4 breaks every day. 1 30 min break and 3 15 minute breaks. You work 4 days a week but can also sign up for overtime. KGP is an amazing company to work for.

Highly recommend to anyone. It is a great company to work for. Very flexible and understanding. Amount of work provided needs to be equal towards the pay. Very busy work but it speeds the day up. The ability to work REMOTELY is awesome. Do not take advantage of the company.
