I didn't even complete my 90 days. First the supervisor didn't know who I was when I showed up for my first day and there was nothing in place no station no laptop so the entire day was spent on IT finding a functioning laptop to assign to me. No badge so I would have to let someone know or borrow a badge to use the facility. HR was okay had a day of it basic run through with documents and questions and the leader was very nice very friendly and very professional. Training was HORRIBLE .. at first it was fine but then when trainer noticed the clearance I had she was no longer nice and chose to talk negatively to management about my learning. My supervisor gave work that she needed assistance on when trying to correct me. I hated it so much did me the favor of saying it is not A GOOD FIT

The annual salary was decent but they overwork everyone, and when people quit, they dump all the work on existing staff. Plenty of qualified people apply but their hiring process drags on for months during which time more people quit from being overworked. I was salaried but ended up working 8-8 M-F which ruins the work life balance and effectively lowers the pay. One of their VPs told me she worked 80 hours a week when she was doing my job…..seeming to imply that so should I. The 60 hour weeks were unsustainable so I left. Also, their employee management is very poor. They were 8 months late paying my sign-on bonus, and over a year late paying my travel reimbursement which was never paid in full. They were 3 months late sending my COBRA paperwork, They are very focused on sales and would occasionally override my clinical judgment to bad patient outcomes. One redeeming quality was education offerings, but even that was mostly focused on improving business rather than quality of care.

Pros and Cons
Some great staff members. Still in touch with most of them.
