The mission of the credit union named Kinecta was to be a preferred lifetime choice of its customers and communities that it serves. Presently, Kinecta is one of America’s largest credit unions with around 245,000 members, and assets worth more than 4.5 billion dollars. The bank staffs 700 employees providing timely and professional services to members in 22 branches, a range of specialist facilities, and the bank’s call center. The bank is determined to help its clients achieve financial security, therefore it offers free online workshops, seminars, and financial recommendations to its members that are customized according to tho their needs allowing them to lead a healthy lifestyle. The credit union was formed by twelve engineers employed at Hughes Aircraft at the plant site in 1940 when they realized that they had to travel a long way to fulfill their credit and banking needs. The bank continually posts open positions on its official website in the areas of mortgage services, risk management, banking operations, and more.
