I would not recommend this company as a great place to work.
They give you the impression that they care about you and make Kohler look like a glamorous place to work, when actually they are looking to just fill positions. When the company runs into slow periods or minimal growth, they look to quickly dump many of their people. Instead of working through difficult times, they eliminate people who have dedicated many years of service to the company. They really only care about their bottom line, their associates are an after thought, and yet they claim to be a company with stewardship as one of their guiding principals.

When the economy gets bad they eliminate many of their associates, people are not an important asset

Best Company I have worked for. They really took care of there employees and always kept things exciting. The national sales meetings were off the charts and very fun. Great company to work for and they always showed how much they appreciate what we did.

I have accepted this job to learn Fanuc Robot Programming but I have learned most of the time by myself, which is fine. I would stay with them if it's not because of the environment (Fiberglass everywhere).
