If you like to be treated like a child that needs to ask for permission to make any next moves, then this is a place for you. It is very old school and they wonder why they are a dying breed. A male dominated organization where women (who have made career advancements)talk about all of the BS they had to put up with to get a promotion. Openly OPENLY sexist organization.

I began in 1989 and thought that I would work a few yrs there and move on. However, with hard work, dedication and great leadership I stayed, and enjoyed every minute of it; planning to retire from the Co in 2031. We had amazing customers who appreciated the hard work that was put into our events, also great product managers and sales teams who also appreciated all that my team did to support them showcasing our products and services. A shout out to the Systems Engineering Group in Windsor, CT who was ALWAYS there supporting us. Leadership changed and it was no longer about the teams of people who made it happen, or the customers, it was about them.
