I enjoyed working at LA Fitness. The joy of helping future customers achieve goals they set in place while joining the gym was truly inspiring, to some some members give 100% and accomplish everything they set out to accomplish.

Pros and Cons
free gym admittance.

I had a great experience with the workers I really enjoyed seeing the customers every day and getting to know them. i am only disappointed with the owner of this company beacause there are no oppourtunitjies to move up with higher pay or fair pay for the positions and the amount of expected work that he puts on as noted by my co-workers

Pros and Cons
Very friendly, professional environment. My co-workers maden Working here pleasant.
Owner is never around I seen long term time employees there with high expectancies and little pay.

I worked in La fitness as a front desk assistant for a little while and i must say its kind of like a family at one point, everyone is friendly and there is a mixture of workers and customers always being nice to each other and so it was definitely a positive area all around. And even during crowded days everyone was there to support.

Pros and Cons
Flexible hours, Good commission if sales person, fun
Not the best salary in the world but manageable

I took over the league from someone who wanted to retire from the position. I met some wonderful people who I established a professional and some a personal relationship with. It’s been a great experience and I’ve had a lot of fun doing this

Pros and Cons
Great people
I’ve found no cons since working here

When it came down to me or another employee they chose him even though he was actively screwing multiple employees, using his training clients to get laid, and showing up late to work not to mention the emotional abuse he gave to me that landed me in the hospital manager and district manager did nothing about it

Pros and Cons
Great place to get laid and std
Toxic environment

The amount hours your expected to work left no opportunity for any personal life fulfillment. Every Sat, Every Sun. You’re there from open to close.

Pros and Cons
Free Membership. That’s it.
Overworked underpaid. They never stop increasing the workload. Hours left no work/life balance.
