La Mesa-Spring Valley Schools is a high-performing elementary school district located east of San Diego, California. The school is dedicated to making its students perform well high in an environment of quality and continuous improvement. The school embraces diversity. The District covers 26 square miles and serves 12,330 pupils with 16 elementary schools from grades K-6, one middle school from grades 7-8, one literacy academy from grades K-3, and three specialty academies from grades 4-8. The District has more than 2,000 people with world-class physical education facilities.
