La Roche University is a co-educational, Catholic, private, Catholic college. It is located north of Pittsburgh. In 1963, it was established by the Sisters of Divine Providence. La Roche is committed to welcoming students of all ethnic origins and religions. Undergraduates get the opportunity to choose from more than 50 majors and the top 10 majors most in demand among college students. La Roche intends to provide social and community volunteer activities, clubs, and spiritual well-being with a quality educational experience to prepare students for life in a constantly changing society. La Roche aims to give chance to experience college at its fullest with more than 30 student clubs and organizations. They also arrange Diversity Training and Workshops, Leadership Conferences and Initiatives, Student Organization Advising, Social justice education series, Cross-cultural and intergroup dialogues, and Inclusion Council.
