About Land Analyst

What does a Land Analyst do?

As Land Analysts, we develop analysis of property value and land function. We provide research and financial and pricing analysis. We identify acquisition opportunities with the help of brokers, builders, bankers, and several other experts. It is also our duty to find land in certain areas and set price ranges consistent with company requirements.

Core tasks:

  • underwriting for raw land
  • preparing time-to-market underwriting proformas
  • general research in selected markets
  • preparing graphs and maps
  • asset sales pricing analysis
  • providing marketing boards and standard features comparisons
  • visiting site locations
  • processing applications
