What does a Landman do?

As Landmen, we negotiate for land and mineral resources and work for its legal possession. We work on behalf of oil and gas companies and provide specific pieces of lands on sale, lease and related negotiations.

Core tasks:

  • research and provide lease documents with joint ventures and other similar agreements
  • information collection and geological landmarks significance report creation
  • preparation of exclusive land lease agreements for clients
  • omit errors in lease titles and take significant steps to tackle them
