Most of the people in middle management are nice. Above that it’s sketchy. Call center doesn’t get paid well and has a lot of responsibility. Not a place to stay but good if you need something from home for a little. Favorites get all the attention and promotions.

Nice people at middle management and below. Remote work.
Low salary. No room for growth. Favoritism. Unprofessionalism.
