Latham & Watkins is an international law firm which was founded in 1934 by Dana Latham and Paul Watkins in Los Angeles, California with its headquarters based in New York City, New York. Latham’s practice was centered on US state and federal tax law whereas Watkins’ practice was focused mainly on labor. The firm was founded, with three attorneys and slowly expanded to 19 attorneys till 1960. In 1988, Jack Walker became its managing partner and set out to grow the firm. Latham & Watkins is dedicated to working with clients to help them achieve their business goals and overcome legal challenges all over the world. Its global platform is composed of a single, integrated partnership which is centered basically on providing the most collaborative approach to client service. The sustainability of Latham aims to conserve natural resources and energy, decrease its global carbon footprint, and work in a sustainable and cost-effective manner.

If you're a beginner so yes you can but the problem that you can face is that you have to work with number of people, coming from different cultures. Also, the workload here is quite fast.
I would definitely be changing some rules in the company if I was the manager.
