LDS Business College, now changed to Ensign College, is a private institution of higher education organized and sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located in Salt Lake City, Utah, with Bruce C. Kusch as the President. The college mission is to create competent and trusted followers of Jesus Christ. As a Christian institution, it struggles to make the counsel and guidance of inspired rulers in unity with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ensign College is a division of the Church Educational System founded and established on November 15, 1896, with 19 faculty, 97 adjunct academic staffs with 2200 officially enrolled students annually from 43 U.S. states and more than 30 countries. The institute trains students to be job-ready professionals in one to two years at its campus in downtown Salt Lake City and online.
