What does a Lead Consultant do?

Working as Lead Consultants, we are responsible for the entire consultant team. We co-ordinate and review the job of each consultant. We organize consultant team meetings and develop effective work strategies. As Lead Consultants, we are the major point of contact between the client and the consultant team. We strive to build and maintain a smooth relationship between our company and the each client base. With each job, we ensure that the client’s objectives are met at a convenient budget.

Core tasks:

  • monitor the job of the consultant team
  • prepare programs and progress reports
  • walk clients through their choice of contract and contractors
  • follow through client’s procurement route
  • advise and allay the concerns of clients
  • establish immediate change control procedures at key stages when required
  • define selection criteria for contractors and prepare pre-qualification questionnaires
  • prepare value management exercise
