About Lead Development Representative

What does a Lead Development Representative do?

As Lead Development Representatives, we are responsible for generating qualified leads for the sales force through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts. We act as the main point of contact to build relationships with incoming calls and web inquiries. We build rapport with contacts by offering resources and gather key information to update the CRM system. Identifying opportunities that meet the criteria for the sales field is part of our daily responsibilities. We manage incoming leads and calls with the help of SalesLoft. Working as Lead Development Representatives, we conduct discussions with prospects and existing clients to identify and qualify opportunities. We understand customer pain points and correlate business value to customer needs. We also update and maintain customer information within SalesForce.com.
