ABB is seeking a LEAD Internship Program - Summer 2020 for its Greenville, South Carolina location. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain customer facing experience through executing the VoC process which identifies specific customer needs to provide the foundation for future R&D projects. This internship also offers direct interaction with multiple business management teams within the product management organization as the VoC studies are being conducted. This position will give candidates a clear understanding of how to learn the true needs of a targeted customer base and how those needs can be incorporated into future growth opportunities for the business. This position will offer additional exposure to product development, strategy and tactical implementation of the strategy, and will provide access to the intern to the entire organization.
