We also evaluate the course content and training methods and ensure that it emphasizes the latest development within the managing field to keep a competitive edge over other companies. We assist in teaching managers how to foster strong relationships with outside vendors and how to properly negotiate prices with them in exchange for guaranteeing a high order flow.
