LEE is a non-profit organization in Washington D.C. They inspire and support a network of civic leaders to help end the injustice of educational equity. They follow different techniques to cope up with the situation. They do one-to-one coaching, fellowships, workshops, etc. Leadership for Educational Equity aims to transform students and communities into leaders which then helps in the broader movement for educational equity. They work to lift the leadership of staff and members who represent communities. They have 6 core values, everyone there has to follow these values. They revolve around leadership and learning. They need talented and passionate individuals who can make a difference. LEE is proud to be an Employer of National Services.
