LeadingAge is an American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA). It was founded in 1951. The primary headquarter is located in Washington, United States. It is a non-profit organization representing the entire field of aging services in 39 state associations, hundreds of businesses, consumer groups, foundations, and research centers. They provide services in Aging Services, Retirement Planning, Legislative Analysis, and Long-Term Care for seniors with quality, flexibility, and innovative technologies. There are over 6,000 members and partners participated in the LeadingAge association. They are mainly serving charitable organizations focused on education, advocacy, and applied research. They welcome diversity and encourage innovation and reward hard work, excellent performance, and outstanding customer service, and value every employee's contribution to the goals.
