It is difficult to work with Directiors. They have safe heavens and below people in Heirarchy they are struggling a lot and very less security. Also vey high level of politics is going on. Old directors doesnt allow their staff to settle in the company. Also in India, MD doesnt want people who give quality output.

10 of the 11 years were fantastic. Lear bought UTA & destroyed it. They broomed most UTA alumni (500+) and added a clause that we could never work for them again. Now they’re whining ‘We can’t fill so many positions’ because they blacklisted a lot of talent in Metro Detroit.

Pros and Cons
Slightly better than Unemployment
Job insecurity, Ruthless management.
