As Learning and Development Consultants, we are responsible for providing design, development, and delivery of learning solutions. We also assist in managing all components of the learning initiatives of the organization. We collaborate with L&D teams to schedule and prioritize projects. Facilitating and evaluating learning events is also part of our duty. We coordinate with subject experts of the specialized audience to develop targeted content. We also deliver modules based on learning plan requirements. Working as Learning and Development Consultants, we are responsible for assisting in developing and managing training processes. We also maintain compliance with learning management systems. Finally, we lead the development of course content and experiential assessments.
