About Learning Consultant

What does a Learning Consultant do?

As Learning Consultants, we consult with the company’s management as well as marketing and sales departments to evaluate the current training requirements for the staff based on their current knowledge and needs in the marketplace. We coordinate with internal departments to design and develop new and easy-to-read training materials that achieve the defined learning outcomes. We also evaluate the company’s existing training and development programs in order to modify and update them to meet the latest development in the field in accordance with other competitors and social media trends.

Core tasks:

  • develop new teaching aids to support the skills assessments and content delivery
  • track the training outcomes while ensuring total alignment with business objectives
  • analyze the curriculum to identify individual and organizational obstacles
