About Lease Administration Analyst

What does a Lease Administration Analyst do?

As Lease Administration Analysts, we are responsible for managing the real estate portfolio data of our clients. We assist managers by researching and gathering information about the lease terms and payment transactions of a client. We also prepare lease documents and manage them till the end of the lease period. Providing lease analysis and interpreting the required information for our client is also part of our duty. We track record of any receivables or payables relevant to our assigned portfolio. Working as Lease Administration Analysts, we analyze and edit monthly variance reports. Some of us conduct financial analysis, which includes rent rolls and budget as per accounting principles.

Core tasks:

  • creating and managing lease documents
  • assisting the design of reports using software tools
  • performing annual operating expense transaction
  • monitoring audit requirements and windows as per lease documents
