About Lease Analyst

What does a Lease Analyst do?

As Lease Analysts, we are responsible for assisting clients in the management of their real estate works. We maintain and setup remainders for portfolios and works. Initiating the monthly rents, and managing their increments throughout the leasing period, is also part of our duty. We are also responsible for providing a report on any potential savings or discrepancies identified. Ensuring data integrity is our prime responsibility. Working as a Lease Analyst, we conduct surveys on the requests of clients. Using results from these surveys, we generate ad hoc and standard real estate reports. Finally, we review abstracts made by other members of the staff.

Core tasks:

  • processing complex lease documentation
  • ensuring leases are pertinent to agreed deals
  • communicating with concerned parties on lease issues
  • managing insurance certificate compliance as per client’s request
