What does a Leasing Associate do?

As Leasing Associates, we work for building owners or rental agencies that have several land and properties under their management. We are always on the lookout for prospective tenants on behalf of the house owners and community at large. Interaction with residents. We are charged with the responsibility of promoting and ensuring the leasing units are well maintained so that the landlords and property management companies profits will be optimized.

Core tasks:

  • answering the inquires of the clients concerning leasing and renting of properties
  • inspecting marketing properties while keeping updates on market prices.
  • processing the lease applications on behalf of the landlords
