What does a Leasing Professional do?

As Leasing Professionals, we access and utilize all means necessary to market the property for leasing to prospective tenants or on behalf of landlords. We ease the burden on landlords by helping them scout for tenants who are ready to purchase their property on a lease agreements basis, present the tenants with lease offers available, and give such offers to the best qualified. To be effective in our field, we possess a vast knowledge of lease rules and laws, exquisite communication skills, well-versed in sales, and marketing strategies.

Core tasks:

  • evaluate the client's requirements and needs in the order it makes decisions on the property to present
  • negotiate lease terms and agreement between landlords and tenants
  • present properties to clients on open day and inspection days
  • advertise properties via various media platforms
