As Leasing Representatives, our primary tasks include managing the rental process from start to finish, ensuring properties are leased to qualified tenants. We are responsible for conducting property tours, answering client inquiries, and handling lease negotiations. We also process rental applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease agreements. Maintaining relationships with both property owners and tenants is crucial, as is staying informed about current market trends.
