Required QualificationsSchedule will vary from quarter to quarter to fulfill positions responsibilities and as teaching schedule varies from quarter to quarter. Position will require both night and weekend hours to fulfill position duties and for work-related travel.

Typical Directors Duties
1. Recruitment: Develop and implement a student recruitment plan. This may include information sessions, events, meetings, and classes at academic institutions and human service agencies.
2.Admissions: Rate application files for MSW and BASW program applicants at all locations using a web-based admission rating system.
3.Student Orientation: Provide orientation and support for students accepted into the program.
4.Student Retention: Hold regular cohort meetings (minimum 6/cohort), meet with individual students as needed.
5.Student Advising: Serve as the academic advisor for all students enrolled in the Program.
6.Field Placement: Seek and maintain relationships with social service agencies and organizations to secure field/practicum sites and recruit students. Meet with each student to assist in the process of selecting the field/practicum placement. Place students in field/practicum sites.
7.Field Supervision: Supervise students in field/practicum. Train and support agency field instructors (AFI) and Faculty Field Instructors (FFI).
8.Curriculum: Work collaboratively with the Graduate (MSW) Program Director to plan the course of study for the program.
9.Faculty Support: Identify, recruit, train, and support quarterly (adjunct) faculty. Provide on-site orientation and support for faculty teaching in the program.
10. Canvas: Use Canvas to communicate Program, School, and University information to students. Support instructors in use of Canvas.
11. Teaching: Teach courses as part of faculty workload. Teaching assignment will be dependent on the needs of the department and the Everett Program.
12. Site Support: Maintain working relationship with the programs host campus.
13. Committee Work: Serve on School of Social Work or related committees as needed.
