About Legal Associate

What does a Legal Associate do?

As Legal Associates, we manage client cases from beginning to end and advise clients and conduct legal research. We prepare and review legal documents ahead of a court hearing and develop litigation strategies. Gathering evidence and consulting with senior associates is part of our daily responsibilities. We update cases and supervise paralegals from time to time. We provide support to lawyers and work with them by performing various administrative duties. Working as Legal Associates, we collaborate intake unit’s legal secretaries’ activities. We identify defendants and develop a system to obtain conflict information.

Core tasks:

  • handle administrative transfer activities
  • provide legal advice on product development
  • negotiate and prepare legal client contracts
