In 1968, the Berkowitz family opened its first season foods restaurant, right next to the fish market. Their Headquarters is located in Boston. They've been making 'fanatics for freshness' and Quality Control Center to the extent that they built their own state-of-the-art fish processing plant and fish laboratory. They impose the highest standards of quality, sanitation, and safety at every step (from purchase to processing, to shipping and finally to preparation in their restaurant). Their control which is in place at their Quality Control Center enables them to follow their fish from pie to plate.
