Lemonade is a licensed insurance carrier offering renters, homeowners, and pet insurance within the U.S., and contents and insurance in Germany, France, and therefore the Netherlands. They're powered by AI and behavioral economics and driven by social good. An authorized B-Corp, Lemonade donates unused premiums to nonprofits selected by its community as a part of their annual Giveback program. They incorporate their values into everything they do—from their business model to the office culture. They cover the physical stuff, but things like health, reputation, identity, data, lost wages, privacy, credit rating, and financial instruments (including cash, crypto currency, and stocks) aren't covered. They cover the things anywhere within the world, as long as it is generally kept at home. Stuff that lives at a summer house, office, or during a storage unit, isn't covered.
