I worked at Lenovo between May 2016-Jan 2023. It was a fulfilling, challenging, and rewarding experience. The opportunity to work with multiple organizations internally, account team, and executive management was professionally rewarding and worth the experience.

Pros and Cons
Work/Life balance, travel, building customer relationships, executive management support.
Lack of professional growth opportunities.

Imagine a Chinese company directing everything in America from Hr, Marketing, sales, Technical support, engineering and operations. Then learn that lip service is all that it. Then learn IBM and Intel provide most of the heavy lifting in Sales since the "me too" approach to enterprise sales does not work. Then consider there are former customers that have not been spoken to in years by anyone at Lenovo. If your team is dependent on the PC group's profitability you will not enjoy the prospect of your team being the orphan. Overall a very very disappointing experience.

Pros and Cons
Try the PC team since the enteprise group is not ready for prime time
Unless you are Chinese you are not going anywhere.
