They said have and open door policy at Their HR office which they don't you have a clearance to get in HR office. They always changed their policy without telling their employees.

If I hadn't relocated I would still be working there. Management backs up their employees 100%, great salary and benefits. Challenging work environment and very fast paced.

Pros and Cons
free benefits at the time, quarterly bonuses, yearly raises etc....
Really no cons besides the maybe writing you up for coming in at 8:01 LOL

Lots of work and overtime available, staff real cool. Working independently as well. I started when it first opened so we was the first forklift drivers in there

We all did things as a group most of the time, I don’t know how it is now.
Nothing for me, it was simple, hard work but easy once you get the hang of it
