We reserve and negotiate claims up to the authorized levels for actions. It is our responsibility to handle, negotiate and settle general and simple liability claims. We follow technical procedures in conducting our tasks and work within a given limit. We document files and prepare reports. Our role entails managing diaries, ensuring completion of assignments on time, and resolve claims.
