We provide optimal customer service to both internal and external clients. We also train and coach staff members as per established principles. Conducting performance evaluations of the staff is also part of our duty. We also assist in hiring employees. We handle cash and prepare daily financial reports. Working as Library Supervisors, we are responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate databases and records. We manage servers for the library's circulation and catalog systems. Finally, we participate in the strategic planning of the library.
