What does a Licensed Mental Health Counselor do?

In the role of Licensed Mental Health Counselor, we are responsible for identifying the psychological and emotional issues with the patientโ€™s behavior. We modify the personal, social, and vocational behavior functions. We prepare reports based on the condition of patients from the start of therapy to the end of therapy. Functioning as Licensed Mental Health Counselors, we have the ability to observe the individuals and detect the mental deficiency indications in them. We evaluate the activities of staff members and new hires. We also direct the new employees for guiding them in their work

Core tasks:

  • developing individual treatment plans
  • monitoring the health of patients
  • writing necessary reports
  • coordinating with the other team members
  • ensuring the timely implementation of treatment plans
  • leading the entire team of mental health counselors
