What does a Licensed Real Estate Agent do?

As licensed Real Estate Agents, our transactions are done in the world of real estate management. We act as the middlemen during negotiations between buyers and sellers of the property and receive a commission which is usually a certain percentage price of the property. Licensed Real Estate agents are well trained and must have received at least 60-90 hours of fundamental real estate teachings from an accredited college, technical school, or university as required by most states in the US.

Core tasks:

  • representing the best interests of a seller or buyer during the real estate transaction
  • providing guidance and advice to the interested party for the best available price
  • performing market analysis to make proper estimate value of properties
  • profounding solutions to clients' needs with respect to the financial abilities and needs
  • preparing the necessary paper works which aids the flow of negotiations
