I made the change from working in clinics/hospitals to working in a call center. I was promoted to specialist then interim supervisor then supervisor. I still list this employee as the best job I ever had. Unfortunately due to high cost in California the company began outsourcing varies parts of the business which led me out of my position.

Pros and Cons
Onsite work out gym, employee engagement activities, community service
outsourced the department
