There are limited opportunities for growth, so it is advisable to gain experience and then move on to other opportunities. Balancing work and personal life becomes challenging due to the company's chronic understaffing. Additionally, there is an increased workload without corresponding compensation or recognition.

Pros and Cons
Short stay; multiple fields of experience
short staff, multiple titles, rarely consideration with no compensation
