We build strong relationships with residents and communicate with them about upcoming events and activities and ways to get involved and update the community website monthly with the newsletter, event calendar, and photo collages. We also lead and oversee individual and group activities on a daily basis, encouraging resident participation while documenting residents’ involvement. We also manage community message boards with updated information and events while ensuring that the activities are within the given budget.
