Lincoln Health System (LHS) is a non-profit health system based in Fayetteville, Tennessee, operated by the county. The health system's humble roots date back to 1916 when the all-female Alpha Kappa Club of Lincoln County made it their job to campaign for a much-needed hospital. The vision became a reality in less than a year, and Lincoln County Hospital opened its doors in 1917. Lincoln Health System is still serving the city a century later. It has an ambulance service, 59 beds, long-term care, and skilled care facility, a home health and hospice agency, and a freestanding outpatient rehabilitation and wellness center. Its mission is to provide every member of our community with outstanding, creative, patient-centered health care. Core Values that they strongly believe in are wellness, excellence, and innovation. Career opportunities available are for nurses, dietary tech, and paramedics.
